A Thoughtful Approach: Design, Planning, Value Engineering & Execution
Many clients worry about the balance between cost, quality, and maintaining the character of their home. We integrate value engineering into the design and construction process, ensuring that our clients get the highest-quality results while optimizing costs and functionality. We take a collaborative approach, analyzing materials, methods, and layouts to maximize efficiency without sacrificing aesthetics.
From the initial design phase, we work closely with you to develop a comprehensive vision that aligns with your budget and the home’s existing architecture. Every step—from space planning to material selection—is handled with a keen eye for both beauty and cost-effective solutions. This structured approach ensures transparency, efficiency, and a seamless process from concept to completion
Initial Site Visit (1-1.5 Hours)
We will visit the site to assess the project scope, take measurements, discuss your vision, and identify any potential challenges or unique requirements.
Ballpark Estimate & Timeline
After the site visit, we will provide a rough cost estimate and preliminary timeline to ensure we are aligned before moving forward.
Design Fee Payment
Based on the scope of work, a design fee will be determined. Once this fee is paid, we begin the detailed design process.
Detailed Design & Refined Estimate
We will create a full design package that includes detailed drawings, layouts, elevations, material selections, fixture specifications, and finishes.
We will collaborate with you to finalize design choices and provide samples or recommendations as needed.
Based on these specifics, we will refine the estimate to reflect actual material costs and labor.
You will receive a complete design package with all necessary documentation, which you can use to proceed with us or another contractor.

If you choose to move forward with us, a 50% deposit of the total project cost is required to secure scheduling and materials.
Project Execution & Weekly Payments
Work begins, with weekly progress payments required throughout the duration of the project.
